Policy Packs
For the cost conscious we have developed our policy pack suite which includes generic documentation to allow business owners access to effective tools to ensure compliance.
These packages range from $1,650 and suit any sized business or industry. These packages are “off the shelf” however once you purchase any pack we will provide assistance at a discounted hourly rate.

Psychometric Testing
The Rogers Group provide effective occupational amendments online. We use these tools during interviews and coaching sessions.
DISC personality testing determines your personality based on the DISC types. It is based on your everyday typical behavior and used in coaching performance and conflict situations.
Recruitment
Although HR Fix is not about finding the right people for your business, this does sometimes become part of the puzzle. Therefore, we have a standard package for our clients.
